We had a wonderful experience last night at this restaurant! The food was excellent and our server, Michael, was perfect. Worth the cost!

Had the BEST steak here. Service was awesome and the food/wine was phenomenal!

This establishment takes great pride in their steaks and seafood and it shows starting with the presentation by the servers with detailed explanations of each cut. They use a proprietary method for dry aging specific cuts as well. I have to say the American A5 Wagyu and the dry aged bone-in filet were the groups favorites from this visit. Best sides – creamed corn, brussel sprouts and mushrooms. Best appetizer – Lobster Bites! Very good.

Absolute joy to eat here! We came with friends for a celebratory dinner for their son who got accepted to his dream university. Literally not a bad bite put in my mouth! I started with the crabcake, which was divine, while hubby got the meatballs. The filet was like heaven! It cut like butter and practically melted in my mouth. Husband got the dry aged porterhouse, which he ADORED and says is the best steak he’s ever eaten (which I would agree with if he weren’t a heathen who orders medium-well). The lobster Mac is excellent and the creme brulee was out of this world!

Always great steaks. Two of our party of 3 had the “Sunday Supper” which includes salad and dessert – was a good value. Service excellent. We were not rushed and we had just the right amount of time between courses.

Perfection in every way.

Superb restaurant. Staff was friendly and clearly explained the menu. We started with fried lobster which was excellent and more than enough for two. Their specialty is prime rib, which was prepared to perfection. Maybe the best prime rib I have had. My wife had scallops which were tender and flavorful. They have a good selection of wines and an expansive bourbon selection.

Always a great dinner experience at 801. Had the steak tartare and roasted oysters for appetizers, tried the Up In the Air cocktail, and then we had the Wagyu ribeyes, cooked to perfection. The bone marrow accompaniment is always great, and the sides were hash browns and creamed corn. Finished the meal w/ the espresso creme brûlée. Can’t recommend this place enough!
